Private getaway with sun terrace & view

We warmly welcome you to Buch, to our new, comfortable, and self-contained apartment, with beautiful outdoor seating and a garden. With the patio door open, you can enjoy sun, light and nature. In the cold season, underfloor heating and oak floorboards ensure comfort. Your bathroom is directly connected to the living room. The apartment is accessible via a private entrance. The small kitchenette is located in the living room and is available for your exclusive use. The space The apartment is located in a semi-detached house on the lower floor, in my converted photo studio; by the way: I am a photographer. You are completely private for yourself, as the living area is self-contained and separated from the staircase of the main building by locked doors. The bathroom, the integrated kitchenette in the living room, and also the terrace, are at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, fridge, sink and coffee maker, as well as inventory, in which you can prepare your own breakfast and small meals. Brand new, a 21-speed trekking bike is available for you. Via the car parking space you can reach the entrance to the apartment via an external staircase down, through the garden and via terrace. In the living room is the bed with a size of 2 x 2 m, (with new mattresses from Bett1, as of 9.16.2024), near the door to your private bathroom. The furnishings of the living room are of very high quality: wooden floorboards, underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling and large windows, electric shutters, floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower with glass wall, etc. In the apartment there is a mini Bluetooth speaker, a small selection of books, games, photo books and various hiking bike maps of the surrounding area. As a welcome greeting, a bottle of water and some fruit will be ready for you. Guest access The washing machine is not in the apartment but in the main building, and can only be used by arrangement. Other things to note Safety measures regarding COVID-19: The apartment is self-contained and the terrace is at your disposal alone. The nearest neighbors are next door in the semi-detached house, with use of their own terrace there. Your apartment has its own small lawn. Contactless key handover through self check-in is guaranteed with the key box. We are available by phone at any time. The focus is now more than ever on cleanliness and disinfection. An extended cleaning concept is maintained.
