Our lovingly and comfortably furnished, separate 3-room apartment with a very well-equipped kitchen & bathroom is 59 square meters and is located in a quiet location on the outskirts. The idyllic courtyard invites you to relax. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is suitable for 2 to 4 people. Parking is possible directly at the house. The nearby vineyards, meadows and You can explore the forest on foot or by bike A good starting point to get to know the local region, the Rhine and the Moselle. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed 2 x 90 x 200 cm, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed approx. 1.4 x 2.0 meters, a dining room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (see photos). The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: oven, stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, (URL HIDDEN). In the immediate vicinity are butchers, bakers, an organic shop, a bank with ATM, a bus stop & a restaurant. Everything is within a walking distance. In a few minutes you are also in the adjacent vineyards, meadows and forest. The bike & hiking trail also leads a few meters past the house. The Nahe Valley has many different leisure activities and attractions. Brochures & information can be found in the apartment or with our help. Guest access The apartment is accessible through its own separate entrance. You are also welcome to take advantage of the opportunity to linger in our idyllic courtyard. The courtyard is especially in summer with the many flowers and trees a meeting place for us to chat with the guests (if you wish) and drink a glass of wine.
