Tasteful apt for 4 in the heart of nature

This charming apartment is one of 4 situated in a fully renovated farmhouse in the village of Kvastov. Our beautiful communal garden offers a salt water pool, solar shower, fire pit, and plenty seating areas. With golf courses, hiking/biking routes and a ski slope minutes away, it's a great starting point for an active holiday. The farmhouse is named The Publisher's House: the owner has published books her entire life. Please read the books, you'll find them all over (in Czech/English/German)! The space This apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living/bedroom, and a bathroom, all for private use. The living space has one king size bed and a comfortable pullout sofa (both king size); a beautiful antique daybed (ideal for reading the books we have selected here for you!); a fireplace (we provide firewood and fire starters); and plenty of space to store your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a.o. stove and oven; fridge and freezer; microwave; dishwasher; Nespresso machine; and all pots, pans, kitchenware and tableware you'll need. We provide cooking basics as well, including some Nespresso pods, tea, sugar and milk, oil / vinegar / herbs and spices, and dishwasher tablets as well as hand soap. In the bathroom you'll find a bath with shower head, a toilet, and a hairdryer. We provide good shampoo and shower gel for you to use. Guest access Your entire apartment is lockable and only yours to use during your stay. Additionally, we offer some spaces for common use in and around the house: - The garden is stunning in summer, full of flowers, fruits and herbs. for our guests, it offers a salt water swimming pool, a solar outdoor shower, a firepit, and plenty of seating space to enjoy summer nights. We prepared a corner for guests to keep bikes, skis, golf clubs, or other sports equipment, and a water hose is available there for you to clean your goods. - In the barn, we created a cozy seating space with many more books to read. Also, there's everything you need for grilling outdoor, pool games, kids toys for in the garden, and a practical mudroom space to clean and store your bikes, golf clubs or skis / snowboards. - Just outside the garden, you'll find the village pond. Safe for swimming for people and dogs alike! - In the basement, there's a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack available. We provide you with detergent and softener. - Parking is available on-site at no charge for you. Other things to note A few important notes: - Some stairs are required to walk up before entering the house. Therefor, our house may not be suitable for people with certain physical limitations. - We welcome families with kids and babies on a regular basis; for that reason, smoking is not permitted in the apartment. - Baby cot, baby bath, and various accessories are available upon request - free of charge - We welcome dogs up to 25kg upon request, at no extra charge. Note that the pool is not suitable for them to swim in, it'll destroy the filtering equipment. There's a pond right outside the house though! - Parking is available on-site. Please note that, depending on the number of cars, some flexibility and cooperation may be required to allow everyone to drive in and out when required. - Please note that the pool is available for use roughly from late April to early October, pending general weather conditions and annual maintenance.
