Three houses for 20 people with pool

The Domaine de La Girardière, a property with character in the Vendée, is the ideal place for gatherings with family or friends. Spreading over 14 hectares of park, woods and meadows punctuated by large paths, the property is a refuge for biodiversity (LPO refuge label). Le Logis des Ponnes, with its large living room, Le Logis de l'Ecuyer and L'Orangerie welcome you for a comfortable stay, in a quiet location, surrounded by nature, with a large indoor swimming pool and close to many activities. The space The price shown includes the platform fee, linens (beds made and towels provided), and end-of-stay cleaning. When you leave, the three houses must be left in a state of normal use, with the furniture in its original place, the beds unmade, and the dishes clean and tidy. Our three houses are classified 3*** and offer a total area of 340 m². They can accommodate 20 people (8 bedrooms for 2 people - including one on the mezzanine - and one bedroom for 4 people, 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets). We allow parties and events between residents, i.e. without outside guests. The neighbors are very far away, so there is no risk of inconvenience them. Your stay begins and ends in the afternoon: you enjoy full days on site (e.g. from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon) The Logis des Ponnes has a large dining room and a large kitchen. In summer, its beautiful large gazebo welcomes the whole group, day or night. If you feel like cooking, you have all the supplies you need. Outside, you have at your disposal garden tables and chairs, a charcoal barbecue and Chilean women. Beach linens for the pool and charcoal for the BBQ are not provided. In cold weather, the houses are heated by two stoves and a fireplace supplemented by electrical heaters. The firewood is provided. We ask our guests to commit to an eco-responsible attitude when they accept the House Rules upon booking. The washing machine is located in a separate space, near the houses. Guest access A large heated pool measuring 13.5 m x 5 m is available for your use from April to mid-October (it is not in service the rest of the year), between approximately 10 am and 8 pm (flexible hours). It is very pleasant to swim as early as April and also in the off season because the shelter is vast and retains the heat perfectly. When the sun shines, the pool can be fully discovered and you swim in a beautiful green setting. Access to the whole of Domaine de La Girardière is free (park, woods, meadows). The three houses are located between 10 and 30 m from each other. We ourselves live in the Château de La Girardière, which is further away and whose private area is opposite the cottages. The roads are more than 500m away and the calm is absolute. It's not uncommon to see deer, squirrels, hedgehogs, owls, and plenty of other birds depending on the season. The banks of the Yon are directly accessible on foot from the hamlet of La Girardière: they offer a pleasant walk in all seasons, and in summer, they allow you to cool off in the shade of the trees, with your feet in the water of the river. Fishing is possible. Many other bike and walking routes are also possible. Tennis court, children's games and basketball court in the village of Le Aprlier (2 km away) Nearby: possibility of hitchhiking and hiking with donkeys. Your pets, dogs, and cats are welcome, and we do not charge any additional fees. Their mention in the reservation is mandatory. It should be noted that the estate is not fenced. Two dogs (labradors), two cats, horses, goats and chickens also live in the hamlet. Other things to note Each stay contributes to the renovation of the site: interior work, renovations, change of frames, change of windows and doors, insulation, installation of heating, etc. It also contributes to the maintenance of the beautiful park.
