In the heart of the Münsterland and only 15 minutes to Münster, 30 minutes to Osnabrück, my house is located in a quiet new development area with direct access to the A1 highway. With several rooms, a large garden and upscale furnishings, it is always worth a trip! FMO Airport can be reached in 10 minutes by car - ideal for passengers! My house and the rooms are clean, well maintained and modern. You can relax under the rainforest shower or in the whirlpool. The space My house can accommodate 8-10 guests. There are 4 guest rooms. 3 With a double bed and two sleeping places with double mattress on the floor. If necessary, there would still be space on the sofa :-) Two bathrooms with chic granite tiles (main and guest bathroom can both be used) with a whirlpool & rainforest shower, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, blackout possible in every room. Very quiet location. Coffee maker, kettle, waffle iron, toaster, blender are available. In the fridge there is space for your purchases - if necessary, there is also a separate fridge for you. An original Weber gas grill (E210 Spirit) is available and can be shared. Ideal for social barbecues! I rent out to at least 4 guests. The terrace has a large table with 8 comfortable chairs and cushions. The 8 m long awning provides sufficient shade. Guest access Access is via an electronic door lock. The front door is activated via the door lock and you can enter the house at any time. Of course, you can also receive a key. Wi-Fi and LAN Internet access available Other things to note Ordinary, responsible guests are welcome! Fresh towels and linens are provided or can be brought along. Arrival & departure can be handled flexibly - just like other overnight stays. I only rent to four or more people!
