In it we find the flat-screen Smart Tv and the fireplace, ideal for winter months. Next to it is a small covered terrace through which the garden is accessed. Going up the stairs to the upper floor we can see two bedrooms, both with 150 cm beds and a bathroom. From one of the rooms, access is gained to a terrace from which beautiful views of the garden can be enjoyed. All three rooms have air conditioning. The terraced house is located about 300 metres from the sandy beach La Marineta and just a walk away from the La Marina area of Denia, where there are restaurants, cafés and lovely areas for walking.
