Ready to disconnect? Then our little eco-house on the edge of the stream, in the heart of Normandy nature, awaits you! Perfect for recharging your batteries, this 50 m2 cottage has been completely renovated using eco-friendly materials: wooden floor, hemp wool insulation, organic paints, phyto-purification sanitation, plant-based heat transfer fluid heating, wood stove, wooden bathtub... The space A natural well-being with in particular a Scandinavian wooden bathtub and a vintage decor make it a small nest of character (if the children appreciate the wooden bathtub, it is however not practical for the elderly or people with reduced mobility). In the cold season, the crackling and warmth of the wood-burning stove fire beckon you to relax. (A wooden box is free, the additional box is €5). Outside, the gentle murmur of the stream, the Iton, may make you want to relax in a deckchair, read a good book, have a drink, or simply enjoy the calm, to which Adèle and Régis invite you, the owners of the watermill on which the cottage depends. Nature, accomplice of your disconnection: although equipped with an Internet box (therefore with limited traffic), the cottage is located at the foot of a wooded hill making it difficult to access Internet and cell phone waves, you can nevertheless quickly get them back by taking a few steps on the dirt road that brought you to the cottage, unless you prefer to discover it on foot or by bike since you are on a 3-hour hiking trail (PR), where deer, hares, rabbits, pheasants, birds of prey and other wild animals live all year round... Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove, kitchenette, 1 bedroom (2 beds for 1 person). UPPER FLOOR: 1 bedroom (1 bed for 2 people), bathroom with toilet. 100 m2 garden with small house for the little ones and a relaxation area by the stream facing the mill's floodgates. Parking for your car in front of the cottage. Guest access Full and unshared access to the entire cottage. Other things to note The first case of wood is free, enough to make beautiful fires for several evenings. If you need more wood, each additional case is €5.
