Located on the sixth floor of the Brandywine House, the beach is just a short trip out the promenade to the boardwalk. Assigned parking for the unit is just under the building conveniently located nearby the lobby and elevator. Also available in the beach locker are beach chairs, boards, and toys for the kids. ******Linen and towel service are available upon request for a $100 fee. Linens and towels are otherwise not provided. ******Please note Sea Colony is a private, secured resort community. Guests must purchase badges at the Sea Colony Recreation office in order to access the premises.
