The beach is sandy and normally very quiet and has a green flag rating. The property is close to Brightlingsea, one of the cinq ports, it is also close to the historic Roman town of Colchester (the oldest town in England) It is also close to Beth Chatto gardens famous for their dry gardens. The space Large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Two bedrooms accommodating 5 people. Bathroom and separate toilet. Central heating, high speed internet and private car park Guest access The entire property and outside space/ terraces are for the guests use only Other things to note Guests with dogs may be accepted but only after discussion with owner. An additional cleaning fee of £50 will be payable in cash on arrival on previously agreed dogs. Guests arriving with a dog without agreement will not be allowed in the accomodation.
