There is a large deck & a screened porch facing the lake and mountains, a six person hot tub and sweeping lawns that lead to the boathouse. NO EVENTS The space This gorgeous waterfront rental has 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, The boathouse holds a spacious bonus room, a deck off the front of the boathouse and a boat dock below. Enjoy swimming from your private lakefront. Other things to note PLEASE READ LEASE UNDER ADDITIONAL RULES. Only a 20-minute drive to the slopes. For those without cars, Lake Placid offers free shuttle services that are available during the ski season to take you to the mountain. We work hard and play hard so we need our rest. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract. Make sure outdoor fireplaces are left neat and tidy, the same way as when you got to the property. Do not leave trash in or around the fire pits or the yard, it can attract animals. If these areas are left a mess there could be a forfeiture of a portion of your security deposit. If traveling in the snow, we highly recommend having a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The road will be plowed as well as the driveway, but winters in the Adirondacks are beautiful but can sometimes be unpredictable! All the beds have linens, blankets, comforters and towels in the bathrooms at the property for your use. The property is furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing soap, garbage bags.. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING No pets allowed.
