Please order meals in advance. Local amenities include cinema complex, restaurants, Lakeside village shopping outlet, and 15 minutes from Doncaster Racecourse, Eco Power Stadium and CAST Theatre. Kitchens compliant with authority food hygiene requirements. Host hygiene trained. Guests may be in their rooms at any time of day at weekends, but are asked to vacate by 11.00 on the final day. Community Engagement A percentage of rent goes to support the work of Pioneer Social Enterprise Ltd. A local community organisation working with the long term unemployed and those with debilitating life illnesses such as cancer / Diabetes and learning difficulties, whom you may meet during your stay. Sandwiches can be available for day trips for a small charge. Please book these the previous evening. Guest access A tray of tea and coffee can be served in your room on request on arrival and a three course home cooked evening meals are also available Access to Shared tiled bathroom , with separate shower cubicle as well as a bath. Hair dryers, Shampoo, towels and bedding included. Please ask for a Hair dryer if you require one. Laundry room equipment of tumble dryer, washing machine , Ironing board and iron. Guests are asked not to eat takeaways in their rooms but please feel you may use the dining room. During your stay I am a live in landlady and I am available throughout the day. Guests may stay in their rooms until 11.00, but due to other business activities on site during the week, guests should note we clean rooms from 9.30 am and the dining room closes at 9.00 am. Check in is 4.00 pm 5.00 p.m. on Friday and 7.00 pm on Sundays please let me know if you need to check in any earlier as special arrangements can be made. Late breakfasts may be accommodated. Please ask the host the evening before. National Award winning Yorkshire Sculpture park is within 45 mins drive. The Fitness village in Balby is within walking distance, as is the local Convenience store and post office are within 3 mins walk of the house. Close to Rotherham Country park, Sherwood Forest, Tickhill and surrounding country side includes the Peak District.
