After passing through the entrance gate you will immediately notice the beautiful Andalusian-style patio with fountain, an oasis built inside the house that allows light to invade each corner of the living room. A few steps down you'll reach a large living room furnished with two comfortable sofas carefully arranged around the coffee table, facing the flat-screen TV and the wood-burning fireplace. An elegant four-sitter dining table is also placed near the fireplace. The living room has two wall-sized glass sliding doors that open onto the terrace, so the room is filled with light and if you open the doors you'll even feel the fresh sea breeze. Ground floor you have a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, with brand-new appliances, dishes and utensils. I say beautiful due to its lovely furniture and the charming long window that offers views over the tropical trees and flowers in the garden. Next to the living room, you have a dining room with a round table that comfortably seats 12 people. An en suite guest bedroom is located ground floor, equipped with a double bed (180x200cm), large recessed wardrobes and has large glass door opening onto the terrace and garden, offering beautiful sea views. The en suite bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub, bidet, toilet and double sink. The guest bathroom is easily accessible from the living room and has a toilet, sink and shower. Pets, where accepted, always have an extra cleaning fee and are subject to approval as we don’t accept all pets. Please reach us before making the bookings if you come with your pet. No loud music or shouting is permitted within the community and please respect the rest hours from 2:00 PM (14:00) until 5:00 PM (17:00) and 10:00 PM (22:00) until 08:00 AM (08:00). We include a fair usage of electricity in our fees ( up to 100€, meter readings are done at check-in/check-out ), extra usage is charged at 0.25€/kw upon electricity counter readings. Pool heating is charged extra with payment at check-in, the price is 400€/week. For longer stays price for the pool, heating is negotiable and based on electricity meter readings.
