An ironing board, iron and washing machine are at your disposal in the separate laundry room. For each residential unit there is a separate terrace, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Here you can let the fresh 'North Sea air' blow around your nose on sunny days. The garden is to be shared with the other residential units. Parking and storage facilities for your bicycles are also available. Quietly located yet in the middle of it. Within walking distance you can reach shops, bakeries, excellent restaurants as well as the indoor playground 'Sturmfei' with adjacent wellness oasis etc. A high chair and crib can be provided free of charge. The local visitor's tax must be paid in cash on site. Sheets and towels can be booked at a fee of €15. From 8 nights, these are provided free of charge. If you are charging an electric car, the costs will be charged in cash on site upon departure.
