Fast Wi-Fi, stocked essentials, and easy self check-in make arrival simple. The space We created this place because we were tired of Big Bear cabins that felt cramped, dark, or musty. Ours is bright and remodeled with vaulted wood ceilings, an open layout, and comfortable beds—plus a private hot tub, fire table, and shuffleboard for easy nights in. Inside you’ll find a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, spacious bedrooms, and a layout that’s easy for families or friends to spread out and relax. 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (including an en-suite). Plenty of driveway parking with room for a boat or small RV. The front deck is a great spot to sip coffee, watch squirrels and blue jays, and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Out back, the yard is fenced so pets can safely roam. House-trained, well-behaved dogs or cats are welcome. $195 one-time pet fee per pet (max 2), paid prior to check-in—this covers the extra deep clean needed for pet hair/dander. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except the locked basement (owner storage). - Private decks - Fenced backyard (great for pets). - Private hot tub on the deck. - Driveway parking, up to three. - No shared spaces. Other things to note Good Neighbor Policy (City rule): Must be signed by all adult guests before arrival. Hot tub: Preheated and set to 80°F; if you raise the temp, allow a couple hours to reach your preferred setting. Please avoid soaps/bubble bath/oils and no glass near the hot tub. No A/C: Like most Big Bear cabins, we do not have air conditioning. Summer evenings cool down, and fans are provided. Winter note: Snow/ice can happen quickly—carry chains in winter and drive carefully. Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM per city rules. Please keep noise low and no parties/events. Fireplace: We do not provide firewood. If you’d like to use the wood-burning fireplace, please bring firewood/fire starters (readily available in town). Trash: Please take trash to the nearby drive-through dumpsters on your way out (super easy—no need to exit your vehicle). If trash is left behind, our cleaners charge $25 per bag and we pass it through at cost. Dishes: Please load and start the dishwasher before checkout (no need to unload). If dishes are left unwashed, our cleaners may need extra time and a $25 charge may apply. Ice: The fridge does not have an ice maker. We recommend grabbing a bag of ice on your way up—Walgreens is on the route and less than 5 minutes from the cabin. Registration Details 2020-0020
