A washer/dryer are also provided in the house. You'll have a great stay in this comfortable, quiet and relaxing neighborhood of Orangeville. The city park and ball field are just a block away. Pets are allowed but their is an additional $50 pet fee. The space West Coastal Cottage has its own driveway with covered parking and private walkway to the house. The front door opens the living room where there is a reclining couch and a 55 in smart TV. A portable air conditioner cools the kitchen and living rooms and each bedroom has its own air conditioner. The bedrooms and bathroom are located off of a short hallway on the left. Through the living room area is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen table will seat 6 people. There are French doors out to the large back yard and covered patio. The back yard is shared with the neighboring AIRbnb. The larger bedroom has a full and 2 twin mattresses. The twin mattresses can be made into a king with a memory foam topper. There is a gas BBQ grill on the patio next to a large backyard. Guest access Guests will have their own driveway and parking. The back yard is shared with the adjoining property. It is fenced on the back and sides. We are working on getting fully enclosed this summer. Other things to note During hot seasons there are air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room and kitchen areas. Please turn off the air conditioners when you leave the home. The home is located in a quiet area so please do not disturb the neighbors. There is a $50 pet fee for the first pet, then an additional $25 fee per pet after that.
