Cosy apartment with private pool near Tenby

Only 15 minutes drive from Tenby, the first floor apartment (Soleil Couchant) is set in beautiful country surroundings with panoramic views. It is attractively decorated throughout, furnished and equipped to a high standard. There is an attractive and safe paved area overlooking the mature gardens to the side and front. The outdoor private swimming pool (open from April 1st to October 1st) is surrounded by decking, palm trees and south facing open countryside. The space There is ample private parking available for 2 cars next to the apartment. The apartment is accessed via a flight of tiled steps from the side of the property. Living room/dining room – leads onto the balcony which has open country views. Living room has 55" 4K smart television, blu-ray player and Chinese light/ceiling fan. Dining area sits up to 6 people. Kitchen – overlooks restful, open countryside. Equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer. Shower room with wash hand basin. Separate toilet with wash hand basin. Double bedroom - attractively furnished, with wash hand basin, Chinese ceiling light/fan, Remote-control TV. All bedding is provided – matching duvet-covers,sheets and pillowcases and towels (all spotlessly clean and comfortable beds, made up ready for your arrival). South-facing views through palm trees, over pool, tropical garden area and open countryside and woodland. Twin bedroom- over looking swimming pool and open south-facing country views. Bunk beds- discretely curtained off (not locked), providing separate, private area from bedrooms. There is also a cot suitable for a baby. If you require a cot/highchair, please inform us before arrival. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the first floor apartment (only accessible via external stairs) and the outdoor swimming pool. The hosts normally occupy the ground floor of the building so parking is shared. Other things to note Due to weather/demand, the outdoor swimming pool is CLOSED between October 1st and April 1st. (Prices adjusted accordingly). Please note that we aim to keep the pool temperature above 82°F. However, if the weather is unseasonably cold, the pool temperature could be lower. Please bare this in mind when booking in spring and autumn. The pool area is closed between 10PM and 8AM. The parking area is covered by CCTV. There are no cameras/recording devices covering the apartment, garden, swimming pool area or any other areas used by guests. The CCTV is not 'monitored' and recordings are automatically deleted after 7 days.
