Welcome to our bright, modern city apartment right in the heart of Ulm! You'll find a cosy living room, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The Minster, train station, restaurants and old town are all within easy walking distance. After an eventful day, underfloor heating, high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV help you unwind. The space Our modern, light-filled apartment is set in a high-quality building with up-to-date technology and is easily reached on the 3rd floor by elevator. High-quality oak parquet flooring, cosy underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows create a genuine feel-good atmosphere from the very first moment. The heart of the home is the open kitchen with a genuine granite worktop and atmospheric designer lighting. It is fully equipped – with fridge, induction hob, full-size oven, microwave and dishwasher (dishwasher tabs included), plus coffee machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, pots and cooking utensils. Coffee and tea for the first few days, cleaning supplies and a small sweet welcome gift with water are ready for you. The oak dining table by the large window is perfect for dining or working. In the living room you can settle in on the comfortable sofa: the large 4K smart TV comes with Netflix and Amazon Prime pre-installed, plus Apple TV to log in with your own account. Play your favourite music via the Bluetooth speaker, snuggle up under cosy blankets, and enjoy books and games. The sofa folds out in no time into a full-size bed (140 x 200 cm). The bedroom invites you to dream with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), two comfortable pillows per sleeping place and a spacious wardrobe with a mirrored sliding door. The modern bathroom offers a walk-in rain shower, a washing machine, plenty of hooks and shelf space, as well as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are of course provided. For everyday comfort: high-speed Wi-Fi, a phone and tablet charger including a wireless charging pad, and a fan for warm summer days. Travelling with children? A travel cot, high chair, children's books and toys are available. Guest access During your stay the entire apartment is yours alone. Check-in is easy and available at any time via a key box, so you are completely flexible. For longer stays we are happy to change towels and bed linen once a week on request. Other things to note The apartment is on the 3rd floor and easily reached by elevator. We don't have private parking, but several car parks are located nearby, and public EV charging stations are right by the building. Cyclists are very welcome: a spacious bicycle storage room in the basement (reachable by elevator) is available on request.
