Cozy guesthouse in the community of Sommen

In our guesthouse, built in 2020, measuring approximately 40 square meters (430 square feet), we have used the space for socializing and gatherings during the day, which transforms into 6 comfortable sleeping areas at night. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, with, for example, a combination oven/microwave, range hood, fridge and freezer, and tableware for 6 people. In the house there is a fresh bathroom with toilet and shower. On the porch, there are chairs, a small table, and a grill. Guests are responsible for cleaning grill. There is access to a “private” lawn with garden furniture and a trampoline. The space Our home is pet-free and smoke-free. We recycle; food waste in a green bag under the sink, other combustible waste in the large bag under the sink. We also sort glass, metal, paper and plastic packaging. Boxes intended and labeled for this are in our carport. Guest access It is self check-in using a lock code, which can be done even after the scheduled check-in time, if desired, in agreement with the host. Other things to note Cleaning is done by the host for a cleaning fee, which is paid in conjunction with the booking. However, there is a floor mop in the bathroom for guests to use, as well as a small broom, dustpan, toilet and cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. The guest house has duvets, pillows and mattress covers. Guests bring their own sheets, bath towels and towels.
