Cozy guesthouse in the community of Sommen

In our newly built guest house (2020) of about 40 sqm, we have used the space for socializing and company during the day that turns into 6 comfortable sleeping places at night. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with, for example, a combined oven/microwave, fan, fridge and freezer, and dishes for 6 people. In the house, there is a fresh bathroom with toilet and shower. On the veranda, there are chairs, a small table and barbecue. Guests are responsible for cleaning the barbecue. There is access to "own" lawn with garden furniture and trampoline. The space Our home is pet-free and smoke-free. We recycle; food waste in a green bag under the sink, other combustible waste in the large bag under the sink. We also sort glass, metal, paper and plastic packaging. Boxes intended and labeled for this are in our carport. Guest access It is self check-in using a lock code, which can be done even after the scheduled check-in time, if desired, in agreement with the host. Other things to note Cleaning is done by the host for a cleaning fee, which is paid in conjunction with the booking. However, there is a floor mop in the bathroom for guests to use, as well as a small broom, dustpan, toilet and cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink. The guest house has duvets, pillows and mattress covers. Guests bring their own sheets, bath towels and towels.
