New Nordic: Cozy summer cottage close to the beach

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is about 400 meters from Denmark's best beach, 150 meters to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst's cozy square.
 The house is heated with a heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. 
The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is Chromecast in the TV. The space Other things to note Remember bed linen, towels, dishcloths and tea towels. Other things to note Charging of electric car/ plugin NOT allowed. Parties and events: Parties, weddings, events and gatherings are not allowed. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed on the property, and the house is rented exclusively for quiet stays for small families. We cherish a peaceful neighborhood. Pets: For the sake of allergies and the house, pets are not allowed.
