Direct access to the Paris-London greenway (Chaussy – Gisors section) and the Epte (1st category river) for your walks, bike and kayak rides. Property without neighbors, without any noise. In the Val d'Oise, 10 minutes from Magny-en-Vexin (A15 highway), 10 minutes from the Villarceaux Golf Course and 20 minutes from the Impressionism Museum (Claude Monet Foundation – Giverny). The space 50 minutes by car from Porte Maillot (A15), relaxation and great change of scenery are guaranteed in our waterfront cottage. Unique in the Paris area, you can also access it directly by bike (from the forecourt of Notre-Dame Cathedral to our cottage without getting off).
