We like to rent our apartment to guests who, like us, love the island of Sylt. Your apartment is located 2 minutes' walk from the east beach in the quiet holiday complex Lister Tor. Wonderful walks on the Wadden Sea and in the dune landscape begin here. Good gastronomy close by ensures culinary delights. Bakeries and a well-equipped supermarket, bike rental and small shops are nearby. The harbor and center of List are only about 5 minutes away. The space HahnsNest was designed with a lot of love for detail and furnished to a high standard. The result is a vacation apartment with comfort that impresses with functionality paired with a safe furnishing style. The bright apartment is on 2 levels (ground floor and "lower deck"), is located at the end of the house and therefore has an "end house character". On the ground floor you will find the children's room with bunk bed, also suitable for adults, as well as a living room with dining area and kitchen. You can enjoy the good Sylt air on the south-west facing terrace, equipped with wooden furniture and beach chair (Apr.-Oct.). From the spacious hallway, the stairs go "under deck". There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm wide). In the middle of the bedrooms is the chic bathroom with two washbasins and a large shower with a real glass door. From one bedroom there is an additional toilet with a small washbasin. You will also feel particularly comfortable in your cozy and bright "cabin". The cozy design of the premises is a guarantee for a relaxing vacation. Other things to note (1) Bed linens and towels: On request, we will gladly provide you with a linen package per person (bed linen, shower mats, bath towels and hand towels). The price is €22 per person. (2) Tourist tax list on Sylt: The visitor's tax of the spa administration is charged by me separately for each (adult) guest (requested via Airbnb). The costs per adult are per day: - €1.50 in low season - €3.00 in the peak season
