Self-contained holiday annexe

This light and spacious annexe is one third part of the whole house. It has en-suite bedroom, kitchen, sitting room, conservatory, 2nd WC and Garden. There is a second sleeping area set up in conservatory (with privacy blind and surrounding curtain). This is ideal for a child or young adult. Door from conservatory leads to section of garden. Off-road parking. Cowbeech is a pretty rural village (with friendly pub) with lovely countryside and close to coast. Min Stay 4 Nights. The space The property is listed with a holiday lettings company so has had very few bookings through this site. It has been enjoyed by many people from throughout the world and some have returned for a second visit. The décor is traditional and the atmosphere is homely. It has its own garden for sitting in or having a BBQ - and a washing line. There are animals living in the grounds - sheep, chickens and dogs being some of them. Guest access It has its own entrances at front at back. Table and chairs outside. BBQ available. Other things to note There is parking for two visiting cars on drive.
