Pitlochry North Wing Apartment, very central

The apartment is within a large Victorian villa, on the first floor, with it's own entrance and is completely self contained. The main living room / dining area and bedroom are an excellent size, lots of space to relax. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet (no bath). The kitchen is fully fitted and perfect for 2 guests use. Fantastic high ceilings and large windows keep the apartment bright and airy. There is private off road car parking for one car and WiFi. ADULTS ONLY AND NO PETS ALLOWED. The space Early morning / dusk, we have roe deer and red squirrels that wander about the garden (1 acre). The local Corbett Ben Vrackie, can be walked directly from the apartment, with many other fantastic walks on the doorstep. Skiing options are Cairngorms (Aviemore) and also Glenshee, both approx. 1hr away. If you love the outdoors, there's so much to do - walking / cycling / canoeing / fishing - even bungy jumping and canyoning for the more extreme sports are available nearby. But if you wanted to take it easy, you can walk to the shops, relax in a café/restaurant, which are all on the doorstep. Something for everyone. Guest access The apartment is on 1st floor, within the main house, which is a Victorian villa. It has its own entrance and is fully self contained. The lounge has a comfy large sofa, TV Satellite Freesat Channels, dining table with chairs so plenty of room to sit and eat dinner. View of garden. The bathroom has corner shower, toilet, sink, shelving, heated towel rail and electric fan heater. The kitchen has oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge (small freezer drawer), and all the crockery and cutlery you would need. The bedroom is large with a double bed, triple wardrobe, bedside cabinets and dressing table with stool, also a wooden chair and full length mirror. Looks out over garden area. Bedding and towels are provided. Other things to note The self contained apartment is upstairs, and part of the main house, so access to the drive / car parking / gardens (1 acre) are shared however there is plenty of space for everyone. You have your own entrance. One car can be parked in a dedicated space on the left of the drive, so easy to unpack and make yourselves comfortable. The WiFi is boosted from the main house so should be fine for internet browsing / checking emails / social media.
