Apartment in the Geteviertel - close to the city

The apartment is located in a "Altbremer Haus" in one of the most beautiful streets of Bremen with houses of the "Belle Epoque". 2.4 km from the train station/ trade fair, 2.6 km to the historic old town, 1.3 km to the Bürgerpark or the "quarter". The space The apartment with separate entrance is located on the lower floor of an "Altbremer Haus" that was built in 1914. The rented apartment includes the living/sleeping room, the adjoining dressing room with the closet, the kitchen, the part of the hallway between the kitchen and the white rolling containers (included) and the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. Pots, pans, dishes and all necessary kitchen equipment are provided, so the kitchen can be used sensibly. The apartment has a washing machine and drying facilities - ideal for longer stays. Bed sheets and towels are provided. The apartment has stable Wi-Fi and, alternatively, Ethernet sockets for a direct connection to the router. The apartment has a large TV and a media receiver. This allows you to receive all of Telekom's MAGENTA TV offerings. NETFLIX is also available. The kitchen of the apartment was originally used as a laundry room. The wash tub and the clothes wringer in the hallway are reminders of that time. For those interested in history: Our house once belonged to Wilhelm Schindelhauer, the director of the legendary Borgward car factory. From September 2017 to spring 2018, we carried out extensive renovations. We built a terrace, installed floor-to-ceiling windows/doors, exposed the red brick in the living room, filled the walls in the living room and kitchen, and laid a new oiled oak plank floor in the living room and dressing room. If desired, we can also offer contactless check-in via a key box. Check-out is self-service and is by 11 am. The floor is not inhabited by other people. In front of it are two privately used rooms (including bicycle cellars), which are not inhabited. The terrace in front of the living room belongs to the apartment. Other things to note Normally not worth mentioning, as of course, here is some information about hygiene in our apartments on the occasion of the corona crisis: Each guest is provided at least 2 towels (shower towel and standard size) - basically for each guest in a different color, so that everyone can recognize their own towels and no germ transfer takes place. After use, all towels are washed at at least 60° to make them germ-free. The bed linen is hotly lacking in our house immediately before the new move. All surfaces, especially door handles, work surfaces, and other places that are regularly touched, are thoroughly cleaned after each stay.
