Cosy 2-room family apartment fully furnished and equipped: big dining open room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, washing machine, WC, big balcony with view to the sea coast and the oak forest. All Covid rules are respected. The flat is in the village of Sinemoretz, South BG, 100m to the beach, in Stella Maris resort with big swimming pool, garden and 24-h security service. Its suitable for 4 pers.: 2 adults&2 children or 3 adults. Reservation only via Airbnb. Enjoy the stay and feel at home! The space Everything needed for relax is in place; TV and internet are in place. Rooms are fully equipped, kitchen has everything if you wish to cook (big fridge, oven, cups, plates, etc.). The apartment is passing disinfection after departure of each guest; hands disinfection is also in place. The bedroom is suitable for 2 persons. In the dining room is a large sofa that can be stretched and is suitable for max 2 persons, i.e. very suitable for 2 kids or another adult/max 2. There is nice view from the balcony to the oak forest and the sea. The swimming pool is at disposal to the guests; around the pool is a nice maintained garden and a bar. Guest access The complex Stella Maris has 2 main entrances to the resort; one is on the up-part of the resort, opposite Bella Vista hotel and the 2nd entrance is between Asti and Dayana hotels. Parking place is around the Stella Maris resort, no payment. Other things to note It is a very quite place in which you can feel really in the nature and have good relax. There are several beaches apart from the south beach "Butamiata" that is near by the resort. You can visit the beach "Lipite" (Linden beach) or go to Silistar beach (possible by car). The whole area is part of Nature 2000. The region is also famous with its "manov med" - its the eighth food product from Bulgaria that is included by the European Commission/EU in the list of protected designations of origin of the European Union - this is Strandzha "manna honey". The product also called Manna honey from Strandzha, has a dark brown color and is extracted in the region of Strandzha. The protected status of the natural area of Strandzha excludes intensive agriculture and contributes to the purity of the product. Manna honey is composed of a large amount of free amino acids and the mineral substances in it are between 5 and 9 times more than in light nectarine species. You can buy this honey directly from beekeepers in Sinemorets. Months of July & August are the most popular for visitors. But if you come in April, May and June you can see wonderful nature, full of flowers, the lush greenery of the forest and you can take a bike and discover the area, enjoy birds singing and peacefulness of Sinemorets. The months of September and October are also great to spend good time here, incl. fishing, warm sea water, less people and excellent relax! In fact, everyone who loves the nature can find this place charming in any time of the year - all according the preferences :-)
