Gas is provided. We keep a garden and raise jumbo coturnix quail in the back yard. We love our birds, feel free look and check them out but please do not open coops. We encourage our guests to try our quail eggs...they are considered a superfood. :) Coffee station with keurig, coffee maker & french press with multiple types of k-cups, coffees, teas, creamers, sugar/stevia in kitchen. Kitchen also has toaster oven, crock pot, waffle maker, blenders, hand mixer, plenty of cooking utensils, pots & pans for those who want to prepare meals at home. Easy to find - exactly 1 mile & only 1 turn from 85/40. 10 minutes from Elon. 3 minutes from Alamance Regional Hospital. 20-30 minutes from Greensboro, Durham & Chapel Hill area. HOUSE RULES THAT EVERYONE SHOULD READ: 1 - NO PARTIES - ZERO TOLERANCE FOR PARTYING - Home is in residential neighborhood & host lives next door. Airbnb will be notified & public review will be left accordingly. This is not the place to throw parties. $250 will be charged for breaking the "no parties" rule and your reservation will be cancelled with no refund. NOTE: THIS IS A DUPLEX AND HOST LIVES NEXT DOOR 2- NO SMOKING - This includes any type of tobacco, marijuana or other substance anywhere inside the home. There is a deck with a patio table & chairs you can smoke on, there’s a covered front porch to smoke on if it’s raining and you are welcome to walk around the back yard, garden or around the neighborhood if you would like to smoke. If you smoke in the home, a review will be left accordingly and you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. 3- PICK UP AFTER YOURSELF - If you spill a bottle of wine, please clean it up vs walking on them and tracking them throughout the house. If your child poos on the toilet seat and wipes it all overthe bathroom, there are wipes in the cabinet to clean it up. 4- BOOKING FOR OTHER PEOPLE IS NOT ALLOWED - If you are not personally planning on staying at this Airbnb, please do not request to stay. This is also against Airbnb's rules. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund. 5- CORRECT AMOUNT OF PEOPLE MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR IN RESERVATION - If 2 people are staying at Airbnb, only 2 people must stay. If 5 people are staying at Airbnb, this should be added into the reservation details when booking. 6- PLEASE DO NOT OPEN QUAIL COOPS IN BACK YARD - they are hard to catch and easy prey to the coopers hawk that sits on the back fence. The host will be heart sick if one of the quails get out due to a guest opening the coop. Work will be scheduled around visits as much as possible so guests won’t be disturbed however you might see occasional equipment/landscaping items in yard. (This is a duplex and there is front and back doorbell cameras next door that are able to view driveway). - Paved grill pad for gas grill. - Concrete edgers being added around driveway & home. - Driveway to be extended.
