The little house opposite - 5 min from Arcis-sur-Aube

It's an old renovated house in the countryside. The house has its outdoor space with the possibility to park one to two vehicles safely. It is located in a small village (no shops) - 5 min from Arcis sur Aube (shops and restaurants) - 30-40 min from Troyes and Châlons en C, - 4 min from Clos Beaurepaire - 12 min from the highway The space A living room with everything you need to cook, sitting area with a sofa bed (thick mattress) Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, towel rail. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The garden is enclosed on the road side but on the garden side, it communicates with our garden. The grass is mowed by our horses. It is therefore irregular and small flowers grow there willingly🌸. A small table is available to stay outside in the sun. You will certainly come across our dogs🐕, our cats🐱 or our horses. Upon arrival, the beds will be ready. All beds are fitted with duvets. Concerned about the environment, we will ask you not to overheat the accommodation. Waste sorting is offered. For an arrival on Friday, please consult me. If the presence of our animals bothers you, please let me know and vice versa (the horses are not always there, especially when the terrain is too muddy). Guest access the whole house Other things to note Early arrivals and late departures are usually possible... Don't hesitate to ask... if I can, it will be with pleasure, but unfortunately it is not always possible given my schedule. In case of very long hours, I will ask you for a supplement: please contact me. We have animals: cats, dogs... even if they do not have access to the accommodation, their passage is possible. Beware of allergies.
