Holiday house M&M with outdoor pool

Here we rent out our self-used holiday home in the quiet part of Shkafane, in the Gjiri i Lalezit district. The house is a 6-minute drive from the sandy beach. In 5 minutes by car you can find large lakes that are ideal for a walk or lunch. The international airport can be reached within 20 minutes by car. The center of Durres is 25 minutes away and the capital Tirana is 40 minutes away. The house was freshly renovated and furnished in summer 2017. The bathroom is completely new and equipped with a rain shower and washing machine. In the living room there are two sofa beds (180x120cm). Both the fireplace and the air conditioning temper the living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. As can be seen in the pictures, there is another room with two single beds. The room has just been renovated and furnished. The holiday property is perfectly tailored to a family of 4. The property comprises a total of 650m² on which there is a garden with fruit trees, an illuminated outdoor pool (5x3m) and a seating area with a barbecue area. The courtyard offers enough lockable parking spaces for vehicles.
