Perched atop rugged Canadian Shield, The Perch at Kennebec Lake is a privately owned cottage that provides guests some of the best that cottage country has to offer: Big sky, tree top views, rugged landscape, swimming, fishing and boating. All this and sweeping South-facing views offering plenty of sunshine. Located within 10-15 minutes of gas, marina, pizza and convenience and within 20-30 minutes of grocery, LCBO, Craft Beer and other amenities both east and west. Kennebec Lake is popular with anglers with a boat launch conveniently located on the road into the cottage, just minutes off Highway 7. The 14km long lake is ideal for fishing, boating, paddling and swimming. The Kennebec area also offers hiking trails, ATV trails, motor boat rental, marine gas, and a public beach. This cottage is ideally suited for families or family groups. Note: Up to 2 week bookings may be possible even if not shown on calendar. Please enquire.
