House in Hällsvik with ocean view

Modern house with a stunning ocean view situated in Hällsvik. 500 meters from one of the best spots in the Gothenburg area for ocean swiming. 600 meters from the local harbour with an available berth. We are a family of four; two adults and two children born in 2011 and 2013 respectively. The house is hence ideal for one family, but two will fit due to the double bed in the office/bedroom and the two bathrooms. The space The kitchen is fully equipped, including spices, the normal sauces etc. Please bring your own bed linnen and towels. Guest access The entire house is available for guests with the exception of the garage and one storage room next to the garage. Other things to note We like things tidy and keep the house in mint condition. For guests arriving with an Electric Vehicle there is a 16A 3-phase Type 2 charger with a fixed cable.
