You'll be pleasantly surprised by this cozy cottage in the middle of Kitchener! Welcome to our charming guesthouse. You'll have complete private access to our guesthouse bungalow if you book with us. Located just a 5 minute drive from Downtown Kitchener, 12 minutes from Waterloo, and 5 minutes off the highway, you'll be able to easily get to where you need while you're in Kitchener/Waterloo. Now with upgraded internet! We have a dedicated line for a seamless connection. The space We just freshly updated the bathroom, installed AC, and upgraded the internet, for a better experience! We also added AC, and an in house internet connection. This apartment has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay - and if there's anything else you need just ask us, we're happy to help! There is a full kitchen, including coffee maker (with complimentary coffee), kettle, and a selection of tea for you. We provide Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The house is a bungalow, with no stairs. It is separate from the main house where we live, but it's adjacent (we share a driveway). Free parking for 1 car right next to the house. Other things to note I take a great deal of pride in keeping the space spotless, I think you'll be comfortable here :) I am also working hard to reduce waste, by using compostable bags instead of plastic garbage bags, offering a recycling bin, and using eco-friendly laundry detergent, soaps, and cleaning agents.
