Wonderful to seek peace in a haystack! Beautiful spacious and modern apartment suitable for max. 4 people. Lutjewinkel is conveniently centrally located. For example, Schagen can be reached by bike and Hoorn and Alkmaar can be reached in half an hour by car. Amsterdam is also easy to reach in 45 minutes by car. Schagen also has a train station. Fun activities in the region to visit and the beautiful North Holland beaches can be reached by car within 20 minutes! The space The 65m2 apartment on the first floor with its own entrance can be reached via a staircase. The apartment has sustainable heat pump heating/air conditioning system with underfloor heating in every departure. The beds are made and towels (1 per person) are provided. In the kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, oven/microwave, fridge freezer, dishes, coffee maker (filter), toaster and kettle. Kitchen linens are also provided! A campsite bed (with mattress and molton, but without bed linen) and a high chair are provided. The apartment has two bedrooms and a luxurious (private) bathroom equipped with all the comforts. A washing machine is also available. Of course also free WiFi, TV, internet and you can park for free on site. Furthermore, you have access to a garden/terrace with sitting area and BBQ amenities. Children can use the swing, slide and trampoline. Guest access The guests have their own access to the apartment. The garden behind the haystack is available to guests. For the children, there is a slide with swing and there is a large trampoline! Other things to note There is ample parking (free) at the apartment. The tourist tax in the municipality of Hollands Kroon is €2.00 p.p.p.n. You can pay me this during check-in.
