SEEWOLKE N°3, that's landlust and North Sea love! The apartment with terrace is located on the ground floor of a holiday house with only 10 units and parking in front of the door in Katingsiel, one of the smallest and quietest settlements on Eiderstedt directly on the Katinger Watt nature reserve with the NABU bird station. This puts you in the middle of the World Natural Heritage Site "Wadden Sea". I work internationally and therefore respect diversity and inclusion, but our apartments are not barrier-free The space The apartment Seewolke N° 3 with south-west terrace and fireplace on the ground floor is for max. 2 adults with child or 3 adults. 2 rooms, modern top equipment, modern shower room, modern kitchen, hallway, storage room Seewolke N°3 was renovated and newly equipped in 2021! The apartment is equipped with a modern electric night storage heater, which is operated with green electricity from Lichtblick. Very relaxed: your vacation starts when you pack! Forget bedding and towels, they're already there for 2 people! A fresh bath mat and kitchen towels are also there. This is included in the price for the final cleaning! If there are three of you, there is an additional €17 for bed linen and towels. We organize this through our cleaning service. You can also rent a crib and high chair cheaply. In the bright apartment - facing south-west - you will feel completely comfortable. The whole apartment is designed with a Nordic-looking floor and unobtrusively decorated with maritime elements. SEEWOLKE N° 3 consists of a living/dining room with a new modern sofa bed (1.20 x 2.00 m), a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a fully equipped open kitchen with a window with a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and microwave as well as sufficient high-quality dishes and glasses, pots, etc., a hallway, a modernized shower room with a washing machine and a practical storage room. There are insect protection frames on many windows to prevent annoying mosquitoes at night. With us you should actually relax, but there is free Wi-Fi! (However, with limited data volume, as it is an LTE connection.) Included are: electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, 1 parking space The swimming area in Vollerwiek can be reached by bicycle via the dike. The baker, shopping, doctors, pharmacy, etc. are 6 km away in Garding. You are only about 15 minutes by car from the St. Peter-Ording. There you drive your car directly in front of the beach chair. Sankt Peter-Ording, the "largest dune in Northern Germany," offers everything a beautiful vacation, whatever the season, requires: beach, water, clear air, wonderful nature: freedom for the soul. Our vacation resort offers you vacations in beautiful and untouched nature. A landscape for people who love the wide view of land and sea and are fascinated by the landscape of Eiderstedt. The apartment is ideal for bird watching. The NABU station is next door and offers observation huts and guided hikes. Important: tourist tax. I am obliged to provide this information. Our small Katingsiel is a district of Tönning. Tönning, in turn, is a health resort. Therefore, from 1/4 to 31/10, there is a spa tax. The spa cards give you some advantages when using various facilities, beaches, etc. I also have to collect the visitor's tax from you. You will then receive the visitor cards by email as a PDF.
