Townhouse in Santa Barbara

Welcome to Santa Barbara! Everything is super close walk from my place ~ 3 blocks to the beach, 3 blocks to State Street, 2 blocks to the Funk Zone, the Hotel Californian & Sterns Wharf. You will find several tap rooms, wine tasting spots & great restaurants nearby. The space It is a beautiful large private apartment in a duplex (this is an upstairs unit). This is for the entire upstairs apartment. There is a master bedroom & en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with its own bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Both bedrooms have new queen beds, new wood floors & a view of the mountains off of the back patio & both bedrooms. There is also a single roll away bed & a double sized air mattress available for an additional fee. There is a large living room with a fireplace, fully stocked kitchen & dining table & chairs. Just outside is a beautiful terrace to enjoy some time to lounge, relax, have drinks in the evening & watch the sunset. You are welcome to use the beach towels & cooler in the closet (in the 2nd bedroom) for a day at the beach! Guest access There are 2 sweet wild bluejays who will greet you on the terrace. They like to be fed so I have peanuts in the kitchen for you to feed to them if you like ~ so help yourself. I have a full kitchen, washer/dryer & refrigerator you are welcome to use. Also note, we have a Ring monitor outside the front door. So please be sure to let us know if you will be bringing a pet with you. There is an additional pet charge of $50.00 per pet, per trip. Other things to note If you have more then one car please note that there are street sweeping restrictions on Wednesday, Thursday & parking restrictions on the weekends. Just make sure you read the street signs for the parking restrictions.
