Beach house - sea type, maritime semi-detached house, 2 – 4 people. Small, maritime semi-detached house ideal for families with children (perfect for 2 adults + 2 children). Separate entrance, large south-facing terrace with private garden beach chair. On the ground floor, there is an open living area with a cozy sofa, TV, stereo system with CD, DVD player, fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Ground floor bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, second The space TV. Nice shower room with window. There is also a further bedroom with a box spring bed accessible via the staircase to the gallery. Total size approx. 60 sqm. The Wi-Fi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We can't offer streaming quality. Guest access You live in a small, beautiful semi-detached house. With separate access and used exclusively by you. Other things to note The aforementioned prices are calculated for a stay of up to 4 people and 7 seven nights incl. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels. You are also welcome to stay with us for less nights. In this case we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then distinguish between surcharge up to 2 nights and or under 7 nights. We have a limited number of our own parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros/night/car. We also name alternatives on request. The amenities include general items, some of which are available in the house and not in every single apartment, which we are happy to provide for your stay: DVD player/DVDs vs. Pick up a deposit from us at our office, cot/high chair one time 7€ fee, microwave on request. From 15 years this is €3.70 per day and reduced €1.45 per day. Discounts apply to children 6-14 years and severely damaged with a 50% GdB. Children aged 0 to 5 years old are exempt from the spa tax and severely damaged with a GdB of 80%.
