Located in a private community. The space Access to the entire house and community amenities. Driveway fits 3 cars. Parking is not permitted on street. Guest will be responsible for parking tickets issued during their stay. Guest access Guest have access to entire home excluding master closet and utility closet. Other things to note Must be 21 or older to book. Community requires wristbands to be purchased to access pool and amenities. Price’s are: free for children 3 and under and $15 per day for adults. Full gas tanks provided, any additional tanks requested will incur a $50 fee.
