Large room facing south with double bed (beds that can be separated). Exit to the terrace, garden and summer pool in a quiet residential area 4 km from the city center with walking distance to Lake Vänern. Small room adjacent with sofa bed for two people. Private entrance, toilet and shower. Sheets, towels and cleaning are included. Free parking on the plot. Refrigerator, microwave and kettle with coffee and tea in the room. Free Wi-Fi and TV. Balcony with barbecue and garden furniture. The hosts live in the house and welcome you on arrival. The space The house is quietly located on a large sheltered plot with a large garden. An eco-friendly house with natural materials in floors and ceilings. We are newly retired. Maria previously worked as a high school teacher and Göran as an exhibition designer at Västergötland Museum. We both have a great interest in gardening and cultivation. A big interest is also traveling and meeting people and experiencing different cultures. Since our five adult children have moved out, it's nice to be able to make room for guests in our home. Guest access In the large room there is a double bed and place for a toddler bed. Consists of three to four people, there is another smaller room directly adjacent to a sofa bed 140x200cm and a sleeping loft 120x200cm. Other amenities can be found in the larger room. The rooms have a shared toilet and a shower. Rented only to company/family. During your stay We live in the house throughout your stay and are available for advice and help. We are also available on mobile and email. Other things to note Pleasant excursions nearby: Spikens fishing village, Läckö Castle, Hindens reef, Svalnäsbadet and Villabadet with Skogshyttans cafe, mini golf and hiking areas. Lidköping city centre with nice cafes, town hall and market square on Wednesday and Saturday. Venermuseet with connecting outdoor bath and public pool. The cathedral town of Skara with Västergötland museum, Varnhem monastery church with Kata Farm. Kinnekulle with Blombergs bath, hiking trails, Munkängarna with Hellekis Säteri, garden and café. Husaby and other early medieval churches.
