A beautiful panoramic view welcomes guests, overlooking the gulf and a large green area. The living room is bright and spacious, featuring a TV area and a sofa bed for two guests, as well as a window with sea view. The kitchen corner is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, oven, and a pull-out worktop. From the living area, you access the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. The apartment includes a numbered covered parking space. Access to the tennis court is reserved for guests of the La Caletta complex. LOCATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES Caletta Nest 93 is located within the well-maintained residential complex “La Caletta di Porto Rotondo”, surrounded by 100,000 sqm of Mediterranean vegetation, including centuries-old junipers, olive trees, rockroses, and myrtle. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, facing Portisco, and is composed of several small buildings spaced apart to ensure privacy and tranquility. Guests have access to a tennis court. The area gently slopes down towards the sea, which can be reached via a sandy beach about 450 meters away, accessible on foot through an internal road. Ira Beach is less than 2 km away. The residence offers covered parking spaces (one per unit) as well as guest parking. Just before the entrance, you will find the well-known “Stella di Gallura” restaurant with swimming pool, a popular summer destination. The center of Porto Rotondo is less than 2 km away (about 5 minutes by car), offering boutiques, bars, restaurants, and a lively nightlife, as well as a charming marina with yachts of all sizes. Upon arrival, a security deposit will be held on your credit card. The card must be physically present and in your name. Don’t worry: the amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay, but please note that the release time depends entirely on your bank. In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the deposit to cover any expenses. Arrival Details After booking, you will need to complete an online check-in process through our dedicated platform. This will require uploading photos of ID and/or a selfie of all the people travelling with you. Your personal data will be handled with care and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Hosting responsibly in Italy requires signing a short-term rental contract. The contract will be in Italian, but we will provide an English courtesy translation before your arrival. Key collection and document signing will take place at the Klodge reception, located at Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport. Please note that, in accordance with local regulations, a waste sorting system is in place. Be sure to follow the door-to-door collection schedule by purchasing the appropriate waste bags.
