Howdy, friends - Though modern day comforts abound in the Wagon House, you'll feel like you're hangin' yor hat in a Cowboy's bunkhouse! Mr. Ed and Miz Lola have tidied their rooms for you and offer 4 beds total. There's a bathroom for worshin' up, a kitchen for cookin' vittles, a gatherin' room for pool and cards, a front porch with a swing so you can spit-n-whittle, and if Mother Nature allows, there's even a fire-pit for tellin' yarns. Now that's a wagon load of fun, Partner! Ya'll come now! The space The Wagon House is located on the west side of The Aspen Inn and has it's own private entrance/exit and parking. We're all kinds of friendly around here, and we're all kinds of respectful too. Here's what you can expect during your stay: *We're kid and pet friendly with a little something for both. The Aspen Inn playground and yard games are available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Our grounds are open for leashed pets and their responsible owners that pick up after them (outdoor receptacles available). We are currently constructing an off-leash play area for our canine pals. *Fishing, hiking, caving, birding, cycling, paddling, zip-lining, horseback riding and photography... It's all here. We've got great maps, some helpful suggestions, and a few local, off-the-beaten-path gems to share. *Free wi-fi is available. Please keep in mind that this is not "city wi-fi", this is "country wi-fi" (read: generally reliable, generally slower than you're used to). *We do not have television, telephones or air conditioning. We do have good fans, good screens on operational windows and evening temperatures in the the mid 40's to 50's. *You're advised to bring: mosquito repellant, sun screen, and a jacket. Having these few items can make all the difference in your visit to our area. Other things to note ***Pets Welcome*** There is a $20 per pet/per stay fee.
