The space The space is intended for comfortable accommodation of up to 08 people. Additional guests are accepted upon payment of the fixed fee. The house is made of solid wood. Neighbors have animals that sing in the morning. Guest access All spaces are freely accessible, except for the existing in-law in the back of the house that already has a resident. Other things to note Paraty is a city with a fragile infrastructure that barely supports its 40,000 inhabitants. On long holidays, the population doubles or triples and problems such as lack of water or an electrical blackout may occur. The house supports 3 or 4 days without water (8 people) due to the reservation of the cistern (two daily baths each guest). The light usually returns within 24 hours when the problem occurs.
