On the edge of the forest in the cozy Schutzbach in the Westerwald, this luxurious villa is located for 21 persons. The large vacation home is romantically decorated in rural style. They have a large living room with old wall fireplace with wood-burning stove, a large kitchen with every comfort, a bar with tap, a table tennis table, pool billiards, darts and a cinema room with 10 cinema chairs. There is also a jacuzzi (5 people) and a sauna. You have 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms at your disposal. From the villa you can reach directly into the untouched nature. The environment is ideal for Nordic walking and hiking, cycling, sailing, fishing, golf and for visiting the surrounding villages, castles and cultural monuments. There is a playground and tennis court only about 100 meters from the house and tennis court (free of charge). The Westerwald lies between the Sauerland and the Eifel. In winter you can ski in Winterberg (about 1.5 hours away by car).
