Morena Apartment - Relaxation and Sports

The apartment is on the ground floor facing the garden and is an excellent solution for families with children, groups of friends and sports enthusiasts: next to the property there are 2 tennis courts; 600 meters away there is the kite/windsurf school and the sailing club "Fraglia della Vela". Near the house there are mountain bike trails and a few kilometers away you can reach some cliffs for climbing. You can use the entrance hall to store sports equipment. The space The kitchen is equipped, the living room at the entrance is very comfortable for relaxing, and the bedrooms are spacious. Inside the apartment you will find everything you need to cook and various appliances: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, gas stove with extractor hood and electric oven, microwave, American coffee machine, Italian moka pot, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, 42" TV with digital terrestrial and satellite connection, the possibility of connecting to the internet via wifi. Guests love to dine on the outdoor patio in complete peace of mind. Bed linen and a set of 3 towels for each guest are provided by the host and are included in the price! Guest access Exclusively available to customers: 1 private parking space in the property's parking lot with an automatic gate (any second car can be parked for free on the street a short walk from the house); the new generation non-toxic synthetic grass garden; a terrace overlooking the lake; outdoor sofas, a barbecue, a table with chairs and an umbrella for outdoor dining; a large enclosed atrium to store all sports equipment. Other things to note In July and August, I prefer immediate bookings of at least one week with check-in on Saturday, but I still accept other requests. In this apartment, pets are welcome, given the possibility of keeping them in the garden. However, it is recommended not to leave them free due to the possible presence of other guests (pay particular attention to the presence of children). There is a first aid kit in the apartment for any eventuality. All expenses are included except for the tourist tax, which is to be paid in cash at check-in. In the apartment, guests can find spices for cooking, sugar in sachets, tea, and herbal teas. Barbecue: I do not provide charcoal, which can be purchased by guests at the supermarket. The barbecue must be cleaned by guests after it is used; the cold ash must be thrown in the trash (organic). In the apartment, guests will find the trash can for the separate collection of garbage, which must be thrown into the bins that are 30 meters from the house.
