Cozy family home with hot tub & boat mooring

This bustling water sports village has many amenities for a relaxing stay (including supermarket, restaurants). Our lovely 5-person vacation home (Sinneskyn) is located in a natural setting with a private dock. Plus an extra bed. A garden with plenty of privacy and several patios. The house is very suitable for families with children. In the backyard 🪵 🔥 hot tub (with bubbles & jets). This can be booked at an additional cost of €99,- per rental period (one week or less). The space Home feel from the moment you enter, according to guests who have rented from us. Various terraces and seating areas in and around the house. The backyard is nicely fenced for maximum privacy and safe for small children. Plenty of toys and amenities for children provided. WiFi, Wii game computer and playstation4 for the bigger kids😉 Camping cot, high chair and all kinds of sizes of life jackets and wetsuits available (included). Transport bike 🚲 available to get fresh bread 🍞 etc. at supermarket (from real bakery) in village. To relax and enjoy, there is a complete picnic equipment ready. Free to use. Make beautiful memories🍀 Supboards (2) 🏄🏼‍♂️ and sailboat (falcon) ⛵️are rented by our kids. Option for an additional berth (during your stay) in the harbor. Wood 🪵 for terrace fireplace available. We provide a stocked fireplace and that is included. Our kids would like to take care of any extra baskets of wood (for extra pocket money😉). But bringing your own or taking care of yourself is also possible 🪵 Charcoal barbeque free to use. As a service, we have prepared a bag of charcoal. We'll settle this afterwards. Of course, you can also bring your own. Other things to note We provide freshly made beds, so that the enjoyment can start immediately.🤗 As a small consideration, we ask you to remove used beds for us upon departure. Note: only 1 layer of mattress and pillow cover needs to be removed. Thank you in advance #samensterk🍀 Kitchen towels, tea towels, dish towels, cleaning products, dishwasher cubes, tablecloths and clean shower mat, 2 toilet rolls, kitchen roll, tissues and shampoo & shower gel are included. There are also (children's) life jackets and various wetsuits available. However, we do request that you bring your own shower towels (and possibly beach towels). Shower towels can be provided for a small fee. Tourist tax €2.00 pppn (from 13 years). We will send a separate payment request for this afterwards. Possibly combined with rental of SUP(s), use of wood or charcoal, use of towels and/or use of the hot tub.
