Fantastic 3-room apartment in Morsum

Beautiful 3-room apartment with garden, approx. 70 sqm in Morsum, completely renovated with south-facing terrace and garden, open kitchen-living room, fully equipped. Living room, hallway, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with windows, terrace and garden. High-quality equipment, including baby bed, children's high chair, bathtub, washing machine and dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, 4-burner stove, cable TV, WiFi, gas grill and piano. 5 minutes walk from the train station and the sea, max. 1 dog welcome! The space The apartment is located on the ground floor, the outermost unit in an eight-unit building with a large garden, terrace, and barbecue for private use. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic, it is ideal for couples, families with or without children, and dogs. Due to its proximity to the train station and railway tracks, the living room and bedrooms have triple-glazed windows. The bedrooms for the parents (one box-spring bed, 1.80m wide) and the children (two single beds, 90x200cm each) are located in the basement. The entire apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Note: The second bedroom at the rear, with the two single beds, is accessed through the first bedroom with the box-spring bed. Both bedrooms have heating and windows. The stairs to the bedrooms are relatively steep, so I would only recommend this apartment with reservations for families with very young children. PLEASE NOTE: Due to very negative experiences in the past, the apartment is rented to a maximum of four people and a maximum of one dog. Therefore, please do not request occupancy with more people, more dogs or other pets (cat, rabbit, hamster, etc.), thank you! Guest access Access to the entire apartment, except for a locked private room in the basement—located off the rear bedroom—where cleaning supplies and tools are stored. Other things to note The one-off fee for the final cleaning service at the end of your stay is €140 per visit. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided as a linen set upon your arrival for a one-off fee of €35 per person per stay. These costs are already INCLUDED in your Airbnb booking price. On Sylt, a mandatory visitor's tax applies year-round to maintain the island and its infrastructure (and to fund the inspectors :-)). This tax applies to every adult without exception and ranges from €2.05 to €4.10 per person per night. These costs are also INCLUDED in the total price shown. Before your stay, I will provide you with guest cards; in addition to offering numerous discounts on local facilities and services, these cards serve as proof that the visitor's tax has been paid. Because we personally hate this so much with vacation rentals, let me be very clear: There are NO ADDITIONAL COSTS beyond what you pay to Airbnb. You will never receive an extra invoice from me for anything—not for internet access, electricity, water, "energy surcharges," parking, or waste disposal, nor for the final cleaning and linen sets mentioned above.
