Villa Overlooking Abu Sir Pyramids

A fabulous, newly finished 4 bedroom villa and 2 bedroom guest house nestled in a large garden with swimming pool, all with breath taking views of the Abu Sir Pyramids. This is a perfect place for a family and friends retreat but we are unable to host any large events such as birthday parties, engagements and weddings. The space The main house has 4 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and a staff room with its own bathroom. Dining area with seating for 12 and main living room open directly onto the large terrace and garden. There is a further living room, TV room and multipurpose room that can be used for yoga and exercise. There are two kitchens; a very large main kitchen with breakfast seating for 10 and a smaller kitchen useful for light snacks and drinks. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, dryer and ironing board. The pool house which is at the end of the garden but within view of the main house is decorated in a bright and airy style and has 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The fully equipped kitchen with a bar counter opens on to the living room. Both bedrooms and living area have sliding doors that open directly on to the pool area. A pergola with built in fans allows for shaded outdoor seating and dining. A second out door seating area divides the pool area from the garden. This is built around an outdoor fir pit and has a bar area perfect for evening entertaining. Stairs on the side of the pool house lead to a large roof with access to great views. While this is a perfect spot for taking pictures we highly recommend that it remains unused and that no children are allowed up. We have a full time staff member on site with his own quarters. As we are in a small gated community, due to respect for our neighbours we are unable to host events such as weddings and large parties. Guest Access: Our house is located in a small, exclusive gated community. On site parking is available. Guest access Main villa, guest house, garden and the pool. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Outside guests are allowed only with written permission from the host. This is for everyone's safety as all visitors must check in at the main gate of the compound. There is an extra fee of $75 per visitor WiFi is available up to a certain limit upon check in. More GB can be purchased on a pay as you go plan. For medium/ long term guests extra charges will apply for water and electricity consumption.
