Comfortable accommodation located in Gouy, a rural village in the heart of Vermandois. The space Independent 30 m² accommodation with terrace and small enclosed garden. Inside, there is a large open-plan room with a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Guest access Parking space inside the property with motorized gate. The accommodation is located on the grounds of our house, the gate and parking are shared. Terrace and fenced garden reserved for the accommodation. Other things to note The area is rich in history, Abbey, Memorial, English and American cemeteries. Located on the Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle stage between Cambrai and Saint-Quentin, pilgrims can rest with peace of mind. Traditional restaurants and all shops nearby. Following several incidents and damage caused by dogs in the accommodation and outside of it, and in order to be able to continue to accommodate you in the best conditions, we now ask: - Not to leave dogs or any other animals alone in the accommodation or outside it, please keep them under constant supervision. - Do not let them get into the bed or on the sofa (otherwise please provide something to protect them). - To kindly keep them on a leash in front of the accommodation, this area is a "collective" passage for you and us. - And to kindly pick up the droppings (bags are available and a garbage can is provided outside). Any damage will be at your expense. => In addition, please ask us for permission and discuss it with us beforehand if you wish to receive people outside the reservation.
