Cozy private basement room with a queen bed, big window, and great natural light. Please read the house rules. We are semi-retired and live on site for support. The space The private room includes a queen-size bed, a large window with great natural light, a desk, and a spacious closet. The room has a solid door and its own key for privacy and security. Guests can enjoy a clean, quiet environment during their stay. Guest access You have your own private, lockable room. The living room bathroom, and kitchen are shared with your housemates. This house has a designated person regularly takes care of and cleans the common areas, but every tenant is responsible for keeping the space clean and tidy. After using the common areas, you must return all items to their original place and clean up the area you used. During your stay Guests are welcome to message me anytime, and I will reply as quickly as possible during regular daytime hours.
