The charming 1 bedroom retreat has a queen- size mattress and is the perfect getaway with a dock, 2 kayaks, and a canoe waiting to be used as well as a boat launch right on the property. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa and the kitchen is in the shared open space. There is WI-FI, a Roku TV, a Blu-Ray player and a heat pump unit which provides heating and air- conditioning. I provide all linens, towels, paper products and a complete kitchen with all utensils, ice and basic condiments. The lake is the largest in Lincoln County and is well known for great fishing, boating and swimming. Located in mid-coast Maine close to the towns of Damariscotta, Rockland and Boothbay.
