Airy, sunny, green - alternative garden room

Bright, airy garden room with seven windows and a magnificent view of the sky and fresh greenery. An untreated wooden floor, the cowhide, a beautiful Danish antique and the table made of driftwood and a rusty iron plate give a unique atmosphere that make waking up, daytime stay and falling asleep a special experience. The space The garden room is located in the back of an old townhouse, where it must, squeaks and creaks. As with mom (or grandma), there is still traditional easy-care PVC flooring, 70s wallpaper (unfortunately only partially) original and some new art/room installations, which sometimes blend harmoniously into the old, sometimes inspire it or even persistently argue with it. Overall, the cottage is different from a smart home, but loving and friendly. If you want to use the 140 bed for two, you should like each other :-). The mattress has a "spring core" (not everyone likes it). From the garden room you can look into the large creative garden. And not just look, but also go. There is plenty of space for everyone :-) So feel invited. Everything more like in the Villa Kunterbunt and at Peter Lustig... Toilet and bathroom are located in the interior of the house and are reached by a short walk across the courtyard (outside, not covered). We are happy to provide an umbrella with (the quite common) rain. And with (quite often) cold days, a bathrobe. Blackout curtains on the seven festivals provide enough privacy, because usually the family, friends and other guests relax in the garden. For our city dwellers: We love them, and they deserve a break from the hustle and bustle of city life!!! Nevertheless, we have had the experience that country life offers so many challenges. In addition to "roommates" such as one or the other 6- to 8-legged crawling, this is, for example, the indoor climate. This depends on the weather in the garden room: Cool weather: The room is not heated. On cooler days, feel free to switch on the heating blanket. A thick feather blanket provides cozy warmth. Warm weather: At high day temperatures, the room turns into a sauna during the day. You could have saved the money :-) Therefore, it is only suitable for couch potatoes who are otherwise near the equator. There is cooling in the evening. Or in the North Sea - if she's there. Husum is also worth a trip without this unsteady North Sea - especially because of the great cafes and the original accommodations. It is therefore worthwhile not only to look into the garden, but also into the tide calendar (online or also usually available here on site). Or in the cake counters of the city. Quak. Guest access Toilet, bathroom and kitchen can be reached via a short walk through the uncovered courtyard. During your stay Our small family lives and watches over you. We'll make sure you always have a contact person and that everything you need is taken care of. Our good house spirit Anton checks in on you from time to time and reports back. Most of the time, just not to us... uh-huh. Other things to note Visits from cat Anton (see below) and 6- to 8-legged crawling animals are possible :-) Other guests stay in the garden and also in the opposite room. Bathroom and toilet are reached by a corridor over the courtyard (attention in case of weather: no heating in the room, and no roof over the courtyard!) The host is a creative mind. There are a lot of projects to marvel at, insult, judge ... :-D Pay attention to local weather conditions. The room is not heated/air conditioned! The hangover: Our cat Anton has now arrived at the best manhood, which means: he took the tour in the house. However, he can only check in in cat language, so Oliver does this by assisting. He wants his life with a lot of good (best yours!) Enjoy food, have extensive people-to-kater conversations, professionally scrambled and kneaded, and much more. Of course, this kindness is only available in the presence of guests. As for the cats and hangovers of the neighborhood, it looks very different — you can get home with a make in your ear and messy hairstyle. Long story short: Estimated allergy sufferers, please take care of yourself. If there is a risk that a visit to us could lead to symptoms, please avoid booking. Afterwards, we can't do much for you.
