You enter our house,that is on the 1st floor without our presence. There is a safety box next to the house entrance with the key. Our house is very spacious and includes a sitting and dinnning area, three modern bedrooms with air condition and 1.5 bathrooms. It stands right on the Agrapidia beach. The only thing you will need, is your bathing suit and your flip flops. Important note: Please before booking , make sure that you have read all the information given about our house and the island. The space The house is located southwest of the island Kalamos and stands right on the beach Agrapidia. It is on the 1st. floor (there are stairs) and includes a spacious sitting and dinning area with wi-fi and air conditions in every room. You enter the house without our presence. The house on the ground floor although it is on the same property, it is separate from ours and has guests sometimes. Always be careful with the house keys, since there are no locksmiths available to let you in. Guest access The large sofa in the dinning area, unfolds easily and becomes a comfortable double bed. The fire place is for decoration purposes only. Don’t light it up. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven,refrigerator,dish washer,espresso machine,toaster etc.) There are also two modern bedrooms with double beds and closets and a smaller bedroom with a single bed. A folding bed is also available. In the big bathroom there is a washine machine and a hair dryer. You can relax in the hammock by listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the scents of the trees and the sea. You can swim, dive, or try snorkling and fishing in the crystal clear waters. Only two km. from the house, is the forest of Kalamos surrounded by pine trees where you can go hiking . At the end of the forest lies a picturesque village named Episkopi. A ten minute walk from the house,will take you to the main island of Kalamos, where you will find a bakery, minimarkets, bars, caffes and restaurants. Other things to note Although the water from the faucet is drinkable, we would recommend you to drink bottled water. Sometimes there is a problem with the water supply on the island. The house is equiped with a water pump that is activated in such case. This water is not drinkable either. Our house is on the 1st floor. The barbeque and the equipment (toys, canoes etc.) that is located on the ground floor and garden, are not to be used by guests. Everything you might need, is in our house.
